CRS-3 Common Rail Injector and Pump Tester

     A standard high pressure pump test bench with a CR system tester CRS-3100 will fulfill most tasks for repairing a CR system and the components, such as to test an injector fuel injection and return quantities, nozzle spray atomization, and with the optional DRV valves to test pump condition by measuring the fuel flow at different rail pressures.

    CRS-3 is a common rail system tester that can simulate the engine electronic control unit (ECU) to issue driving signal to drive Bosch, Denso, Delphi high pressure common rail pump and solenoid valve.

1.     Functions:

1.1            To integrate fuel pump control module and an injector control module.

1.2            Fuel pump control module includes 2 sets independent controlling PWM   output, common rail pressure sensor signal input, and add a new function of driving 3 DRV valves at the same time.

1.3            Injector control module includes 1 set electromagnetic coils driving output.

1.4            Display by 5.7 inch screen. Operation convenient and direct.

1. 2.     Applications:

Fuel injection frequency and fuel injection pulse width are adjustable. Driving signal has short-circuited protection. This tester is provided with complete connectors.

Bosch pump: CP1, CP2, CP3

Delphi pump: CRSP

Denso pump: HP3, HP4

Pump control

         Two independent channels of pump regulation valve control signals

         The second channel is capable to drive 3 DRV valves (optional), to test pump capacity by measure the high pressure flow at different pump speeds and rail pressures.
